BRUT METODO CLASSICO
MILLESIMATO 2019 – TRENTO

Denominazione di Origine Controllata

Metodo Classico (traditional method) made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the winery’s vineyards located in the Cembra Valley, Trentino, above 500 m above sea level. Vinified in Lona, in the farm owned winery, where it rests for at least 30 months on the lees.

Straw-colored wine with fine, persistent perlage. Fine to the nose, fruity notes combine with more complex scents resulting from the wine’s long persistence on its yeast. In the mouth it is assertive without compromises; full and embracing taste.

THE BEGINNING

THE FIRST HARVEST 2017

Was not an ordinary year. Initially hardly hit by frost, hail in July and just before harvest by a windstorm, we managed to produce only 1223kg of grapes. The few clusters obtained reflect precisely my perseverance and willpower, typical of those who want to achieve their goals. Harvest 2017 kicks off this adventure, and the first “weighing” is the name of Cantina Micheli’s first METODO CLASSICO.
